Antwerp Stock Sales Covered

I know it has taken me over 2 months to post about my Antwerp stock sales purchases, but University has had to take priority and man has it been insane! Also, I didn't want to just photograph them on a hanger, I wanted them to be seen in motion, on the body as they're meant to be.

The jacket is my favourite purchase of all, I haven't taken it off since I got it! It drapes beautifully, as do all Demeulemeester jackets. I don't know how to describe the design, the front lapels and pocket flaps are lined and doubled, one in the wool and one in silk satin.
I could not believe my luck with these! Of course they had all the most coveted shoes and boots there; triple lace, you name it, but they were still $400+ a pop! Then I spied under the table these suede ankle boots from Fall 2006, only pair, in my size, for only $50! Seriously lucky.

White silk Ann Demelemeester tie dress, worn with thrifted black velvet trousers and Marni wooden shoes.

I will be premiering my most luxurious purchase on Christmas Day. I will give you all a clue, It's from A/W 05, a real show piece!
I only bought items from the Ann D. stock sales not only because it was the best and the cheapest, but because I was using all the rest of my savings to buy fabric for my final collection. I have the most beautiful fabrics from Dries, A.F Vandevorst, and Ann D. of course. I'm so excited to show you guys, but obviously it's all under wraps for now.
