NAKED FASHION

Wearing: Ann Demeulemeester tie top with T by Alexander Wang tank underneath, Rachael Barett shorts and Acne boots.
Wednesday night I was invited to the launch of a new book, 'Naked Fashion'. Set to change the way we think about the industry, with interviews from some of fashions greatest about their opinions on sustainability and how with them we can put the wheels into motion. The fashion world is quite self destructive and not going to last another 5 years unless we dramatically change our approach and techniques.
We hung around the John Lewis Brasserie drinking the most insanely delicious 'summer red' wine by Gallo, tastes more like a rosé and slipped down far too easily and nibbling on tasty tidbits. We listened to speeches by the insanely talented Caryn Franklin and Safia Minney who were truly inspiring talking about their travels around the world, working on sustainability.
The book is a total must have for all fashion students and I'll leave you with this paragraph from the book - "Fashion is more than simply a passion. It is a tool, and this book gives you the power to change the world with style."
