I'm giving this blog an injection of some much needed TLC; I've been so busy with work etc that the last few blog posts have just been event after event and lacking the personal touch. A slap on the wrists and I promise to do better, starting with this outfit I wore out on Saturday night to see the ballet, for the first of Michael's birthday celebrations. I hadn't been since I was about 6 or 7 and it was magnificent to see the dancers/athletes perform across the stage. We went to see the English National Ballet 'Beyond the Ballet Russes' which was many short stories in one (perfect for plenty of mini champagne breaks inbetween..) and with costumes originally designed by Coco Chanel. If you find yourself aimlessly roaming around London anytime soon, I would highly recommend it.

Kind of recycling the outfit I wore out the other night for dinner; I'm really loving olive and black, and the military tones of this shirt Zalando kindly sent me, by Scandinavian designer Malene Birger. I seem to be living in dark colours, which totally reflects the grey moody London right now. Wishing for spring to be back again; why is it so uninspiring to get dressed right now?

On the other hand, I apologise for the lack of blog posts; this time next week I'll be shooting my AW12 short fashion film, to be shown at my presentation in only few weeks. There is so much to do but I'm excited for you all to see the end result. Thank you for all your comments too, they've been keeping me going the last few days!

TREATS AT MY WARDROBE

Not just treats in the form of food at the My Wardrobe press day but lots of treats to be available to buy online very soon too. I've personally got my eye on the Theyskins Theory bag pictured last, which actually dropped a few days ago but sold out in the same day! Damn. All the accessories were pretty gorge, Camilla Skovgaard and Philip Lim, mmmm. I don't know if it was just the cold either, but I seemed to have been photographing a lot of cosy looking jumpers by Acne and Burberry too. Which item is your favourite?

Columbia Road flower market is definitely worth a poke around on a Sunday morning, I can't believe I'd never had the chance to properly look around the side streets. Vintage antique shops, a pottery, oyster bar and all to the tune of the most random buskers. I couldn't believe we found that old tiger skin/rug, so creepy!
