Just spied this new shoe collection from Tabitha Simmons on Net-a-porter. Aren't they amazing!? I have a deep love for suede and these ankle boots are a perfect example of how rock and roll can be feminine too.

I'd never heard of her before so I Googled her and found out she's actually a Stylist, currently the fashion director for 'V' magazine and a regular contributor to Dazed and Confused magazine and Another magazine. She's also styled catwalk shows for Alexander McQueen Calvin Klein, and Zac Posen.
I hope she continues designing shoes! The colours are so unusual, truly beautiful.

It never fails to perk me up and I bet you feel the same.
I could have cried when they didn't have the blue Pedro Garcia suede boots in my size, these were my dream boots of the moment last winter! They are perfection, and to see them improved has made me super happy. I need to get me some of these!

I don't know what it is about suede boots that makes me think about Christmas, maybe they just look warm. I really want a pair despite them being completely impracticable for the British weather. They are so beautiful! I know what i'm wishing for in my stockings...
