TRANSITIONING

Wearing: DESA pony leather jacket, 2nd Day tank, Ann Demeuelemeester skirt, Chloe sandals, Miu Miu sunnies
Autumn is apparently here and I'm finding the best thing is to carry a leather jacket with me everywhere. My favourite at the moment is this minimal black leather jacket by DESA, with some not-so-minimal lace print on the front actually made out of laser cut pony leather!

A MODERN TAKE

Wearing: Religion blazer, Aquascutum shirt, Charlie May wrap skirt, Nicolas Andreas Taralis skirt, Chloe sandals
There is something about black and white together that is just too perfect, leaving the focus on the design and folds of the fabric. This outfit is also kind of a modern feminine take on the classic white shirt and jacket, all I want to be wearing lately is a loose white shirt or a plain tshirt, it just feels perfectly summery and fresh. I hope you're all having a great weekend! I've been so chilled.. I'm kind of looking forward to getting back to work!

INTERIOR DECORATING

In order of appearance:
5. Fresh Peonies from Columbia Road flower market  6. Ann D ankle boots  7. Christopher Kane jelly clutch beside Encens magazine
8. Rupert Sanderson batman-esque heels    9. Petrol Dr Martens    10. Ann Demeulemeester triple lace boots

Finally my room is becoming how I want it to be, much to my boyfriends begrudging tones, the shoes shall be on display! Even though I'm moving house in a couple of months, I wanted some shelves that could fit into the tiny spaces I have left; when I stumbled upon this one on Achica, I couldn't believe my luck! It's the perfect minimal design I was looking for, easy to put together, and the perfect size to put shoes, accessories and even floral displays on.
I can tell I'll be changing it up every few weeks, right now it's acting as my shoe overspill - new sandals that are dreaming of sunnier climates and winter boots that are bringing me crashing down to British summer reality.

Chloe Sneaker Wedges on a gusty day

Today I am wearing my my cute Chloe sneaker wedges!
They are insanely comfortable and great to work in, even when today a gust of wind blew an armful of posters out of grasp and I was chasing them across the road, dodging passing cars, until thankfully some nice ladies stopped and helped me chase them about.
Thank you nice ladies!

That's not the reason I am posting however, I am posting because I found my shoes on Saks last night on SALE!! with £100 reduction! Gutted, haha! They are well worth the money.

There are so many amazing shoe sales on right now! I'm going to Antwerp tomorrow and am hoping to get some fantastic designer bargains, but if I don't I will be coming back to throwing my money away via the internet!

(and yes that is a black smear on my left foot, dirty London underground!)

Perfect Winter Boots

Spent the last few house on net-a-porter searching for the perfect pair of boots for this winter; something comfy, preferably with heel. Have you found yours?

The Sergio Rossi ones are my favourite I think, although I'm sacrificing a heel, I did find a pair similar on ASOS.COM for only £190.
Cabot Circus opens in Bristol soon, so maybe i'll find my perfect boots there, I was suprised to see there was an article about it's opening in this months Vogue! The hype has definately started.
Sorry I've been bad at posting recently, I'm visiting family. University starts in a couple of weeks and i'm sure i'll be posting more as the procrastinating starts!
