NEW ADDITION

New beauty I picked up today at the Christopher Kane sample sale. Happy birthday to mee! I know I usually post the sample sale links on my blog but I've now moved it all to my facebook page to get better coverage, follow me there to hear all about them. Excited to have this iconic clutch join my collection!

DOUBLE TIME

 Wearing: Christopher Kane sheer jacket and skirt, T by Alexander Wang tank and bra, Topshop shoes.
For my latest MyDaily 'How to wear it' adventure, pairing this awesome cloud print Kane jacket with an equally awesome galaxy print skirt was a no brainer. So in love with the vivid colours and prints. My nails are a beautiful nude with hot pink tips too, done by Models Own.

CLOUD

I was so close to buying this Kane dress last year, this picture makes me sad I didn't.

JELLY

Christopher Kane AW11
I am way too knackered to write anything intelligent about this collection so I will just say this;
awesome.

PART TWO

Wearing: Christopher Kane chiffon biker jacket, Alexander Wang tank, Jil Sander Trousers, Ann Demeulemeester buckle boots
I bought this jacket at the Christopher Kane sample sale a while ago, it's the perfect way to add colour to any outfit, the cloud print is so dreamy. I love the idea of making something usually thought of as strong and heavy out of something light and fragile, almost like the pink fur blazers at the Alexander Wang show yesterday, reinventing traditional garments is something that makes fashion so exciting.

STARS IN YOUR EYES

Finally Christopher Kane has released a menswear capsule collection. After the success of the gorilla tees he has decided to keep the line running alongside the womenswear collections, this time using the star constellations from the Swarovski Fashion Rocks presentation.
"I find it difficult to find staples that I love, so I guess I am launching this so I can have a decent wardrobe! The inspirations differ every time, but usually taking the lead from the womenswear. This collection is more than just t-shirts, I am offering cashmere styles, with some leather pieces. The mood for this collection was based on a film I had made for the Swarovski Fashion Rocks presentation. It's based on natural star constellations; they are so beautiful I couldn't resist using them." - Christopher Kane
