MONOCHROME LAYERS

Wearing: Ann-Sofie Back coat, Limi Feu coat, Charlie May sheer white dress, Dagmar black dress, Ann Demeulemeester triple lace boots, Alexander Wang clutch, Maria Nilsdotter rings
Outfit worn on the 4th day of London fashion week, it was so cold at Somerset House I was glad for two jackets, which meant that the dress didn't really come out other than for these photos.. oh welll! I love the layering of the Limi lapels over the minimal Ann-Sofie jacket, it's so much warmer having a collar around your neck in the cold! This was my last day at LFW too before I admitted myself to bed for the rest of the week; I'm back in Devon now for some serious country relaxation, sat in front of the roaring fire as we speak. Perfection. Hope you're all having a great weekend!
Thanks to Lexxi for the photos.

SEAFARER

Wearing: Limi Feu jacket, Haider Ackerman draped waistcoat, Jaeger polo neck, Complex Geometries skirt, petrol Dr Martens, D&G gloves
One of my favourite places in Devon, especially when it's at it's most moodiest. We were walking along the rocks beside the sea, with nobody around us except the odd fisherman and surfers running past to catch a wave. Insanity!
I took about 300 photos so I'll be doing another post soon with more landscape. I'm also trying out a new look on the blog for the new year. Nothing too dramatic, just bigger pictures. I hope you like it and I hope you all had an amazing New Years!

INSIDE OUT

Wearing: Limi Feu coat, Ann Demeulemeester shirt and triple lace boots.
I picked up this shirt a few seasons ago at the Antwerp stock sales, it's one of the stranger items I own; the buttons are inside out, although the seams are on the inside, and the cotton has been treated with oil so that I smell like a mechanic when I wear it. I don't think it ever went into production, but I love that Ann always experiments.

GOT THAT AUTUMN FEELING

Wearing: Limi Feu coat, Helmut Lang loose knit, Jil Sander trousers, Ann Demeulemeester buckle boots, unknown collar, Mimco bag.
Yesterday truly did feel like the first day of Autumn with the wind and rain crashing against the window panes all night. I celebrated by wearing my boiled wool coat by Limi Feu, so beautiful and warm. I failed however in wearing my open toed boots, wet feet by lunchtime.

LIMI FEU AW11

Truly annoyed that I missed the Limi Feu show in Paris last season. The collection was beautiful, playing around with heavy fabrics and even heavier silhouettes. The flat shoes were an elegant touch whilst the pink hair showed a more playful side to the collection. I'm already looking forward to next season when I'll try to make the whole 9 days of fashion week. In the mean time, I must get my hands on a floor length white shirt.

PFW OUTFIT DAY 2

Wearing: Limi Feu jacket, Acne leather waist coat courtesy of My Wardrobe, Ann Demeulemeester silk top, Alexander Wang tank, Complex Geometries skirt, Camilla Skovgaard shoes.
Outfit worn on my second day of Paris Fashion Week, which was the 5th day to everybody else. Channeling A.F. Vandevorst A/W 10 with this Acne leather waistcoat, still totally obsessed with nudes and whites, worn with my usual colour palette of textured black.

PART ONE

Wearing: Limi Feu boiled wool jacket, Jil Sander trousers, Ann Demeulemeester buckle boots, Mimco Bag
I love Sundays as it's the day I can actually dress up, I'm currently working Monday to Saturday and wearing heels just doesn't make any sense when your on your feet all day cutting out patterns and getting leather dye all over yourself (not that that stops me most of the time).
